Just what I needed!

I had made a mistake with my previous booking and was missing 2 nights on my trip, and I found this one quickly based on location and pricing and my needs. I was a solo traveler and I had an accident recently, and so I really appreciated the attentive staff and while I speak Japanese, there were times where I couldn't understand and they had a translator display tool that was so helpful for me to confirm that I understood what the front desk was saying. The Taxi Loading was easy too. Highly recommend for a solo traveler!

The clear glass bathroom door makes no sense whatsoever??!! There were uncomfortable beanbag pillows. The rooms were too small to be considered doubles. When we left both optional cleaning and change towels cards on the door in error, the cleaning staff defaulted to the least work involved option and just changed the towels. Otherwise they offered lots of complimentary products such toothbrushes, teas and coffees at reception and the location was excellent with stores, restaurants and metro station nearby

It was good. the rooms are small but fine for one person and the view was great! everything was clean and the staff were helpful. there is lawson cvs right below which was very practical! metro is near too and walkable to ginza / roppongi area! i was satisfied.

Small Room, but Great Location

A small room in Shimbashi, but very well located with just a few minuets walk to restaurants, shops and the train station. Although the room was small, the price was attractive for this area in Tokyo and plenty big enough for 1 person. 2 people might be a squeeze! Despite its size, its was very clean, modern and well laid out. In reception you could pick up room accessories and there was a back door in to Lawsons to purchase other items.

The staff was courteous, the place was cozy and clean. I liked the laundry option on the floor. The Lawson store was very convenient on the entrance floor. The hotel's location near train stations was excellent. I didn't like the transparent windows for the bathroom nor the transparent door to the bathroom. The room was really small for two people. It was a good experience, although not the most comfortable in terms of the size of the room and its design.
