Good size rooms with great breakfast.
Buffet breakfast is very good and was the highlight of our stay here. The room size was adequate but we felt stuffy and warm in the room as it was internally heated. The small air conditioning unit that was supplied in the room was not generating enough cool air flow for our liking.

Great service
The room was clean and a fine size. We didnt spend much time in the room, but it was perfect for our family. The a/c worked ok, but could have been stronger. The service was excellent and on point.

The hotel is besides the train station. The hotel room is clean and modern. The hotel service is impeccable. The hotel staffs are exceptionally well trained and efficient. Thank you Daiichi. Will definitely be back.

Hotel had big rooms and would be good for families with children. Clean hotel and rooms with amenities that were replaced daily. No drinking water and coffee but Family mart and local mart were just steps away from the hotel. Hotel is very close to the train station but quite a ride from the usual tourist spots (Shibuya, shinjuku, ginza) so dont expect shopping and sight seeing to be walking distance from the hotel.

Would stay again!
The hotel is great! Staff are friendly and helpful, room is a decent size for Tokyo. View is amazing on the Tokyo sky tree side !! Bath tub was great for soaking after a long day. Air con great. The mattress was firm, I slept well on it but my friends were less keen with how firm it was and preferred a softer mattress. Location was excellent, out of the city bustle, but close to subway and JR line and not hard to get to all the major attractions. And being in the sumo district was cool. Would and will stay here again without hesitation.

The hotel cancelled our reservation even though it was prepaid, we had booked for the wrong arrival day and when we didn't show up they cancelled our entire reservation. A friend in Tokyo called to say we would be late but our reservation was already cancelled. We went to the hotel hoping we could get rooms for the night and then get our reservation reinstated. Thanks to hotels.com customer service they were able to secure our original booking. The remainder of our stay was fabulous. The buffet breakfast with lots of traditional Japanese foods was tasty. About a 10 min walk to the JR Rail station. Lots of room, staff are helpful some speak English. The hotel even provides a cell phone in your room that you can use for local calls and internet access for the duration of your stay.
