This is our second time came to Garza Blanca. The (front desk)concierge supervisor from Hotel Mousai is extremely rude. Because of him we doesn’t go to the Japanese restaurant there. The property was nice. The food was average. Staff was great specially housekeeping and all the food service staff. The waiters at the pool and the food at the pool exceptional. Roger Garcia at the concierge was amazing. After being mistreated by a sales member Roger turned the horrible experience into a positive one. Sales team needs to understand that not every guess is going to became a member. Not everyone is interested in a membership. All guess should be treated equally rather they are a member or not. With so many amazing resorts I wouldn't stay there again.
