The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a good hotel for the price. The neighborhoods are quiet and away from the city center. You need a taxi to go around but the hotel staff could help you with booking the taxi!

i stayed for one night here.. It wasn't right on the beach, but near to Chedraui and lots of restaurants.. A quiet location, but close to the main road. The room was comfortable, and there was a little pool too.

The property was clean and the rooms comfortable. My only complaint is they did not recognize the Expedia price I booked.

We like the service. When we had issues with the AC, TV or internet their help was great. Everyone was altways very friendly and ready to help out. On the other side,the room could use some upgrades. The bathroom is in nead of repairs; there are no fixtures for soap and the sink is missing sections. The bedroom could use some painting over a blackened spot on the ceiling.

Les photos sont très très trompeuses. L’hôtel et les chambres n’ont aucun charme. très basique. Fenêtre dans le couloir, pas de table de chevet, pas de siège de toilette. L’environnement de la piscine n’est pas invitante. Le minimum.
