iki odalı apart rezervasyonu yaptırdık ancak bize 10 dk önce bir başka müşterinin odayı rezerve ettiğini ve iki ayrı oda verebileceğini söyledi. Hatta pişkin pişkin lütfedercesine aynı ücreti alacağını söyledi. Yorulmuş ve sıkılmış iki çocukla başka otel aramamak için kabul ettik. Çocuklar alt katta ebeveynler üst katta kaldık. Çocuklarımız anlayışlı olduğu için büyük bir sorun yaşamadık. Ama sizin verdiğiniz rezervasyonun otel için herhangi bir anlamı yokmuş, biz bu durumdan onu anladık.
