The property manager was responsive when two issues were reported. There wasn’t enough towels or bedding for the number of guests we paid for. To his credit he came over at 11 at night to rectify the issue. The second issue was the chirping smoke alarm. I think anyone renting a house should just change the smoke alarms on a regular basis. It kept us awake for two hours but the next morning when he received the report he did bring over a new battery. Location was great and he Responded quickly.
