We went for it because of 10/10 rating. We had to wait for long time to check in and when we had the key we had to find the room ourself without any help. Put our valubles in the safe including our money after we locked the safe we couldnt open it again so contacted the disk to inform them as we need to get our money they said you have to wait till the day after so we couldnt buy nothing or put deposite for the towels to swim. Horrible service never go there again. Phoned hotel com proised to help and regitered the complaint and zero result

Struttura non curata e vecchia, sporca, molto grande ma vivibile solo all’esterno nelle parti comuni. Senza ascensore , per andare in camera si devono percorrere molti metri e scale a piedi. Le stanze terribili, affacciano su cantieri o montagne di terra. Le stanze a piano terra puzzano di muffa e fognatura. I corridoi sembrano corsie di ospedale. Non è stato possibile avere una stanza migliore che affacciasse almeno sulla piscina con un supplemento di prezzo per giunta. Il personale provava a cambiare la stanza ma con altre peggiori quindi solo presa in giro. In camera tutti i cassetti sono guasti, puzza di fogna dal bagno, acqua puzzolente che esce dal wc. L’acqua dei rubinetti puzza di fognatura. Blatte che girano dentro la camera. Se non espressamente chiesto le asciugamani non vengono cambiate ed è stata riposta come pulita una asciugamano lasciata sporca a terra. Lenzuola incallite. Cibo mediocre, caffè terribile. Sconsigliatissimo!

Struttura all'apparenza molto bella, esteriormente e la Hall ben curata, piscina molto grande e spaziosa. Personale alla reception non disponibile e mal disposto verso gli ospiti. Terribile la pulizia delle aree comuni, comprese le scale che portano alle camere. Corridoi tipo corsie di ospedali abbandonati... Arredo inesistente nelle camere, con pulizia inesistente! Sporcizia ovunque. Asciugamani presi da terra e riappesi come se fossero puliti. Ascensore inesistente, costretti a fare le scale con i bagagli. Barriere architettoniche ovunque. Da scappare a gambe levate!
