My experience with Orgins at Seahaven was really positive. Beach access was easy, which made my 9 year old extremely happy. The condo was nice and well maintained. The few staff members we encountered were friendly. My only negative was the water pressure to shower, but I guess that is to be expected with the number of people and water usage throughout the facility.

The property is a VBRO not a hotel like we thought, so no room service or supplies like coffee or TP. While at the pool someone stoled our Oakley sunglasses. So watch your stuff and bring your coffee our room only had a keurig pot. Luckily Wal Mart is close.

Overall it was a very nice place. We were comfortable and LOVED our view. The pool/spa area was very nice and the location was nice and convenient. Overall cleanliness was just ok. The pullout bed sheets were stained and used soap bars were left in the shower so that was off putting. It was also very difficult to get in touch with the staff. I called and left messages with no returned calls and sent two emails with no replies. The cleaning staff that we would run into were very friendly. Even with some of the issues we had we enjoyed our time and would stay again.

I had NO idea this was a condo and across the street from the beach ! The room was pretty small but fine for my daughter and myself. The tile floor had sand on it as well as the carpet runner. It was pretty dirty and full of sand. Not sure if it was due to the festival….. but the young drivers going up and down the strip sound like they are wanna be race car drivers. It was extremely loud til well past midnight

No instructions given on how to find the room. There’s a weird layout and not all elevators go to all the floors. They don’t supply trash bags. The floor had sand everywhere before we checked in. There isn’t enough light when the sun goes down. I asked several times for extra sheets for the pull out bed and it never arrived.

This was one of the best days that I’ve ever had in Panama City Beach Florida the room was clean everything seem to be excellent there the only problem I had was the chairs on the balcony they seemed a little weak so I didn’t use them which I like to sit on the balcony I’m at 250+ men and I was not going to break them so I stayed away from them but I think they need to be updated for a larger person but it was great if I come again I would love to stay in that unit again if I come again I would love to stay in that unit again I only used two glasses in the bathroom in the bed it was an excellent location everything was perfect thank you very much for letting me stay in your unit
