Nema was a very pleasant hotel. What made it stand out though was the friendliness of the staff on reception. Stella arranged an early check-in by email and was very responsive; Anastacia was brilliant when we checked in and out, taking us to the room to show us the amenities. My stay at this hotel was excellent in every way. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel’s location is very central, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and I had no issues with hygiene. It was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. If I visit Athens again, I would definitely choose to stay here.
