Basic 2 stars hotel with many many rooms, don’t expect luxury. That is said, rooms are clean and the property is well maintained. There is no lift. Receptionists were helpful despite a bit cold. If the price is good, I will come again.

Lovely welcome and support from receptionist. The room was very hot and noisy - facing an inner cobble-stone courtyard with people wheeling containers throughout the night. Conveniently located close to the train station. They charge to store your luggage.

Good location, comfortable room but this one had no washroom. Using a shared washroom/shower can be a bit annoying especially in the morning when more people are using them. The breakfast could have been better for the price of the room, it was very basic. The rooms don't seem to be soundproofed. Also, no elevator. If you want to leave your luggage for a few hours, they charge you for that. They charge for coffee as well as they hame a machine in the common area.

When we arrived 1 hour before check in the receptionist (a danish man with blonde-ish hair) was unwelcoming and refused to store our luggage for that hour before we had access to our reserved room. We were forced to carry all our baggage to find a place to eat lunch close by and then return to carry all the luggage up 3 stairs of the building. This impacted our initial experience of the hotel negatively. Breakfast was great, a classic scandinavian/Danish style. Don't chose this hotel if you cannot carry your luggage up a lot of stairs. Our two room was separated on different floors which felt weird and inconsiderate. However, the man working the night shift as well as the personel the next day both in charge of the breakfast and in the reception we're so very kind and helpful with questions and we therefore give the overall experience a 4/5.

Not entirely the Hotels fault but my stay coincided with the 2 hottest days ever in Copenhagen and the hotel is not prepared for heat. My window faced the sun and thus my room temperature was really really hot with no way to cool it down. The rooms have tiny desk fans in them but those just blow hot air around the room. No amount of moving the fan to different places, closing windows and shades during the day, literally having my door partially open with the fan propped up to blow cool air in from the hallway, or any other method would help. Location is good, staff was friendly and everything but I can’t lie and say I enjoyed my stay.

The staff is very accommodating and the room is clean. I like that this is very close to the central station and Tivoli. This is a walk-up hotel with no AC. The weather was tolerable during my stay (60-65F) and so, the electric fan in the room was fine. They have USB outlets. As it is a walk-up hotel, one may be bothered by the heavy footsteps especially if your room is near the stairs. If you intend to explore Copenhagen more than cozying at your hotel, then this should be a good place to stay.

To start, there is no lift/elevator. And my room was on the 4th floor. Keep in mind if you have big luggage or tire easily on stairs. The provided breakfast is lovely. It is the same options every morning. European style. The room is functional. Not much space for 2 people and luggage’s also. Black out curtains included. The shower is pretty small and water pressure is not very good. Speaking of shower, for those that didn’t have one, you will hear these guests stomping down the hallway all hours of the night. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Luggage storage for a fee. But my room was available right away, yay! Hosts were kind and helpful. Location is very good, around the corner from the train/metro.

Unfortunately there is no elevator which makes hauling suitcases up 6 flights of stairs very difficult. We booked and paid for 5 rooms only to find out that one of the rooms was a converted closet/storage room and was so tiny my son and his wife could only walk 2 feet into the room before hitting the bed. We paid for all rooms to be the same and we should not have paid for this room at all. Breakfast was very nice, replenished often and kept very clean and organized. The girl who looked after the breakfast room was very kind and helpful.
