We stayed in a 4 bed duplex appt . The location is very good as it’s just off rue antibes which is the main shopping street in cannes with lots of lovely shops etc & lovely side roads off with a huge selection of restaurants, bakeries etc . It’s only a 5 min walk down to the seafront . Security is good and their are shutters to use on the windows . There is some noise at night because it is a busy area with people . The apartment itself was a decent size and has good natural light but it is dated. From the colour scheme to the furniture and the bedspreads & the kitchen and bathroom it all felt like it hasn’t been touched in the last 25 years . It is perfectly all usable and functional however . The carpet is so worn on the upstairs hallway that you can’t make out what the original carpet pattern would have been . The original air conditioning system has stopped working so the rooms all have individual air conditioning units . They work very effectively but they are noisy & you couldn’t sleep with them on . Also because they need hoses going outside the windows , the small gap means you do hear more noise especially at night . The apartment could be fantastic if it was gutted & completely refurbished and the original air conditioning system fixed and the noisy ugly units currently there were taken away . In summary it’s perfectly usable, the bed linen was spotless etc but it’s current rating is more like a 3 star because of its presentation.

The location is great BUT no central AC which was hidden in emails they send us. Only a manual AC with a very loud noise. Internet did not work and took us a day to connect and then the speed was so low you could not do much. We got there after 6 pm and they did not tell us that our room is in the backside and we were trying to figure out how to get in. I had to activate my international phone to call them and figure out how we can go inside the building. We only stayed one night and left to another hotel for the rest of our trip. The parking nearby they use is great but we could park ourselves and would have been cheaper instead of going through them, the hotel charge you more money for the parking!!

Tres bon accueil dès l'arrivée. L'appartement de deux chambres est spacieux, en parfait état, très propre. La literie est de qualité et tout est fourni (peignoirs, chaussons, produits d'accueil). Emplacement ideal sur la rue d'Antibes à 2mns de la Croisette et 5mn à pieds du Palais des festivals.

Everything we needed was here from bathrobes and toiletries to a functional kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and soap. The property is well positioned, is not beachfront, but a short walk to the beach or train station. No nearby parking, but you can easily stay here successfully without a car. No views to speak of. We were on the first floor and found ourselves using the lights during the daytime as the space was a bit dark. The bedrooms were a bit cramped. Weird quirk where you can have more than one bathroom listed, but can be shower and sink with only 1 toilet for all the bathrooms as a separate room. Daily cleaning service would have been nice. The property was in good condition. Excellent elevator.

Great location!
The property is amazing and located right in town. It’s quite comfortable and a very large space. The only small issue we had was the air conditioning didn’t work in one of the rooms completely but they let us know right away and brought up additional room conditioners and it wasn’t a problem for our kids.

Good location
A good group of apartments in the centre of Cannes. Given its location it is very convenient for all facilities in Cannes. Retail outlets, open markets, promenade and transport are all within easy reach. Reception at apartment block is very helpful and our flat was well equipped. A minor reservation , given the central location of the block, is that it is probably preferable to request the apartments at the front of the building rather than to the rear. The apartments to the rear of the building do not have a great outlook, but are quiet.

Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren mit Kindern im Alter von 6-8 Jahren. Das Bett wie auch das Schlafsofa waren bequem und sauber. Es gibt genügend Decken und Badetücher etc.
