The hotel was quite nice overall. The location was very convenient, especially as it is close to the train station, although it can be a little noisy at times. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast and food were also quite good. The only negative point was the €50 deposit. This was not clearly mentioned on the booking website, and we were not informed about it in advance. It would be better if guests were made aware of this before arrival. Apart from that, everything was fine and we had a pleasant stay. Overall, a good and reasonably comfortable hotel.

The hotel is directly across the street from Gare St. Charles, which makes it very convenient both for arriving by train (or on the train from the airport) and for catching the Metro for getting around Marseille. The area has a grocery store as well as some restaurants and cafés and is a short walk or Metro ride to a number of destinations. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable.
