Awful experience.. self check in was absolutely horrendous. 1hr 15 mins to check in .. email sent on arrival day with pre arrival docs to submit to get a code .. that was sent .. no access code arrived. .. had to log on to becozy online support.. then room keys wouldn't work for room .. 3 times.. got upgraded to a new room .. keys still wouldn't work. Until 3rd attempt...absolutely ridiculous check in system .. I recommend you avoid this hotel as you will only end up totally frustrated.. another customer stormed out after not being able to check in when I was there .. worst check in experience I've ever had .. computers don't do customer service!
