Disappointed that no ground floor room was available as my wife is disabled. But the staff was accommodating in other ways. Room was large and clean.

First room they gave us had a big leak in the ceiling had a hard time with customer service, giving us another room. Apparently the beds were clean, but they never change sheets on the rooms towels were dirty room room floors were sticky overall don’t stay there.
