For 2 pm check-in we reached at 12:30 pm and were told to come back at 2:00 pm. We went for lunch and came back at 2:30 pm to be told that there is no electricity in the room and we will have to wait for another hour. After waiting, room given but there was no light or hot water in the room. Alternate room was also not given. We had no other option but to ask for cancellation and refund which is still not processed. Viviana at reception promised to revert back by the morning but still no response after 2 days.

Where is the Glam?
Where's the glam? I am confused. I don't see any glam. The name is completely misleading. The hotel is not glam. Our room was not glam. Both were very basic. The hotel has an odd smell when you enter. Is that asbestos?? It was a weird musty smell that isn't good at all... Still trying to figure out what that is. The beds are terribly uncomfortable. They are hard and offer no cushion. We slept like crap in this bed. The shower drains very slowly and if you aren't careful you could easily over flow the shower. The complimentary shampoo, conditioner and soap are tiny. Seriously, the smallest bar of soap I have ever seen. The air conditioner turned off by itself in the middle of the night. It just randomly shuts off. What good is that if you have to wake up every couple of hours to turn the air conditioner back on??? And you need to leave your key in the slot for the lights and air to work. So, if my husband leaves the room and takes the key, I have no lights or air. Stupidness. I am not a fan of this hotel. The only redeeming qualities are that it is right next to the train station and there's some food spots right next door. But the train station means it brings weird people and homeless looking around too. So, the area is a bit sketchy. I would not recommend for the price. There's got to be better places to stay for the price.

Great location
The hotel is in a perfect location. Right across the street from the train station and metro station. It is a nice hotel, but beginning to show wear. Our shower knob to turn on the hand wand was broken, as was our window latch. You had to call down to the front desk in order to have the air conditioner turned on and even when we did, the room felt no cooler. The bathroom and shower were very spacious but also very dark. It was ceiling to floor in black which made it difficult to locate the light switches which were also black. There was no fan in the shower so the whole room became foggy and hot when someone took a shower. We went down to check out the breakfast that was offered at an additional fee, but found it very unappealing. The food was dried out and not replenished.

This hotel is as close to the train station as it gets. Quick check in and clean room. I requested a room with a tub, but the "tub" portion did not work. I was on the 5th floor and you could hear street noise. Excellent bed. Nice Fridge but as others said no coffee or kettle option. I added breakfast and it was good before a long flight. I would stay here again if I was in the area. Thank you for a nice rest for my final night in Milan.

Disappointing experience
Disappointing Experience My stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. From the moment I arrived, things started off on the wrong foot. After I paid for my room, I received no information about the hotel amenities—no instructions about the minibar, no details on breakfast, not even the Wi-Fi password. It felt as though the staff had no interest in ensuring a pleasant stay. The service was equally disappointing. I called three times to request water, with each call spaced about 15-20 minutes apart, yet the water still took an unreasonably long time to arrive. This level of service is simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the room was appalling. The towels provided had old hair on them, which was extremely off-putting. Thankfully, I had brought my own, but this is not something any guest should have to deal with. Additionally, the bathroom walls were visibly dirty, further adding to my discomfort. Overall, this experience left much to be desired. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the quality of their service and cleanliness standards for future guests.
