Vienna House Andel's Berlin

I had booked a nonsmoking room with a king size bed. The first night, I was given a room with two small beds. The next day, I was moved to a smoking room! The people at the desk behaved as if they were doing me a favor. I was unable to use the room. I feel I was robbed. Money totally wasted. Will not stay in any of this company's properties. Nor would \i recommend this property.

Location is perfect. It's right in front of the Landsberger Allee tram stop going to Alexanderplatz and a few minutes walk from the train station. The hotel design is very modern. The room is clean and comfortable. Amenities in the room are complete. I liked that it has a shower instead of a bathtub. The breakfast has a good variety of food choices and you can try requesting stuff that may not be served..e.g. we always asked for hot choco. Customer service on the front desk and breakfast area is excellent. One other good thing about the hotel is their desire to contribute to the environment. Guests could opt no to have their rooms not cleaned daily and they would even give a small reward. It's nothing big, but it's the gesture that counts. I strongly recommend this hotel. I saw one in Krakow very near the main train station and the Krakow Gallery and I hoped I knew they had a branch there. I would definitely stay in this hotel again in the future. I just hope they maintain the quality.

Lovely hotel.

The hotel is perfect, the staff very helpful. Spacious room, very clean and the position is great as it is well connected to the airport and to the city center. There is not much in the area where the hotel is situated, but as I said, it really doesn't matter as it is perfectly connected. The only thing I was not so fond about was the spa being only a nude area. When I asked, they told me that I was not allowed to wear a bathing suit in the spa area, that I had to go in there nude.
