Everything was great! I got in a little early and had no issues checking in. I didn’t catch the name of the person who helped me check in but he was super nice and very helpful (though everyone I encountered was great). The room itself was nice, quiet and comfortable. Not very far from the train station (and even closer to a bus stop, making it easy to catch public transportation) so getting around was easy. Also very close to a supermarket. I had to check out fairly late at night to catch an early flight and had no issues there, either. Overall, it was a great place to spend my time in Berlin. Will definitely keep Urban Loft in mind next time I’m in Berlin.

Would Stay Again!
We had the best 5-night stay at Urban Loft in a comfortable and functional room. Less than 10 minute walk from Berlin Central Station so super-well situated. In a nice quiet area (seems like a business district). The staff were attentive and friendly.

Chill place to stay in Berlin
Quiet cool boutique style hotel about 12 minutes walk from Berlin central station. Check in was quick and the staff are available to assist. The room was spacious and although there is no kettle, the hotel has free water (sparking and still) throughout the day and free tea and coffee after 11.30pm. There is no cafe but there are breakfast/lunch boxes and snacks and drinks available. Reve supermarket is just next door. The artwork around the hotel was pretty amazing and all it’s a chill place to stay in Berlin

Lovely new hotel with wonderful details and very comfortable rooms! The staff was so amazing and friendly. Cleanliness and amenities were all excellent. The location is close to the Hauptbahnhof (Central Station) so trams and busses are conveniently located 10 minutes away. It's a bit of a business-centric area so there aren't very many places to eat/drink within a short walking distance, but there are a few nice cafes and a great grocery store right next door, so you have everything you need. Would stay here again!
