I had a good stay. The Midtown location was convenient and the cleaning crew excellent. Hiccups of course are to be expected, and during this stay they included uneven info on when the refurbished gym would open, a loud room air fan, and elevator service that in one instance had me stuck in the lobby for 15-20 minutes in the lobby for help getting to the 22nd floor.
