Concert stay
Apartment had everything we needed for our stay. It was modern & clean & the beds were comfortable. The pool & spa area is excellent & very inviting. The location is within walking distance of Spencer Street station & you can easily walk to the Queen Vic Market or CBD. Plenty of places around to eat & shop. Would have no hesitation in recommending Aspire.

Would have loved to have stayed longer!
The hotel staff were amazing. We were in Melbourne to attend our friends’ wedding and needed to have a package delivered to the hotel. The staff were very accommodating especially when our package arrived a couple of days before we did. I had also alerted the property that we were coming from overseas and would have just gotten off at 15+ hour flight, so would like an early check in if possible. No promises were made from the hotel, but they’d make a note on our file. When we got there, our room wasn’t ready, but another room was, so they moved us to that room instead. Staff were really friendly and helpful during our stay, our unit was clean and comfortable, we would stay here again. We were only there for a couple of days, but we wish it could have been longer. Only note of caution is that the reception desk closes at 6:00 pm but that wasn’t a problem for us during our stay.

2 night stay
We live in Melbourne and booked for a couple of days stay away from home. Good location to access public transport to move around the city. Facilities at the apartment great as it everything you needed while away. The shower was at times hard to navigate between hot and cold, but that certainly didn’t in anyway affect our stay. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

This was such a well set out apartment. Amazing views out to Port Phillip Bay from 21st floor. Well stocked kitchen supplies. A choice of tram routes and walking distance from Southern Cross. Staff were wonderful. Surrounded by restaurants mostly Asian. Would definitely stay again.

City view was lovely, apartment was clean, had a full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, plates, glasses, cutlery but not a lot of utensils, pots etc if you intend to cook. Shower was fine, but likely had the water saving thing that doesn’t give full water pressure. Best thing was the awesome indoor heated pool with a section with jets, plus two outdoor hot spas, a sauna and a steam room. Lots of food options nearby.

Very Satisfied - Would Stay again
We booked 4 rooms as part of a weekend away with friends and we very happy with the accommodations. The room was ready early for check in which was great. Pool, spa and gym amenities also fantastic. Only issue was that some of the walls and doors of the apartments 'creak' in the wind as the building moves. Not an issue if you are a heavy sleeper but light sleepers may notice it. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay in Melbourne
Really nice hotel very close to Southern Cross Station and the Vic Market. We stayed in a small apartment which had everything we needed and the view at night was spectacular. Staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. There is a terrific Japanese restaurant just a few doors up.

The Aspire hotel has a big issue that should have been disclosed prior to accepting ANY bookings. This is a high rise that has a terrible feature when there is medium or moderate wind outside as the building creaks and bangs and rattles due to poor construction or incomplete cable/pipe or other materials not being secured. You will not sleep at all if you are unlucky to occupy a room when the wind is present. Absolutely unacceptable. I will not be going back and do not recommend this building to anyone.

Our apartment at the Aspire had a comfortable bedroom, well stocked kitchen, a dining area, a small livingroom, and a combo washer/dryer in the bathroom. It was perfect for our two and a half week stay in Melbourne. It also had a good on-site gym and a pool (too cool for the time of year we were there) and a sauna and steam room. The hot tubs were tepid but pleasant. Surrounded with good public transit options including Sky Bus to the airport. It was the perfect place for us.
