Upon checking in Jack didn’t get a last name from the front desk was very attentive to our needs We told him we were there for a funeral. He was very nice. Told us we got an upgrade which the room was wonderful. He also told us that there was fresh coffee And in the evening he asked if he we wanted a fresh pot we told him no thank you, but it was nice to beasked.

Can hear everything that makes even the slightest noise around your room... I don't expect silence from a Hampton but was surprised how poorly the rooms were insulated for each other.
