Sadly, this place is about 40 years out of date. Heat, electrical, shower, bathroom fixtures all badly out of date. The beds are like a pile of sand. Really harsh. You get what you pay for, except this place should cost half again what they charge. Sorry, but it's the truth

Not so good experience!
The hotel seemed very old and the exhaust fan in the toilet/bathroom was making a lot of noise (room 103). Unfortunately, the bathroom light and exhaust fan had the same switch. This was very annoying especially since at the middle of the night if the bathroom light was switched on, it created a lot of noise and woke up others (I was there with family). Also, when room service was done, the room smelled pretty bad as if someone had smoked in it, although it was a non-smoking room. Also, there was no one available at check-out on the front desk when we checked out on Sunday. Overall, fairly minimalistic hotel with no breakfast or any other conveniences such as a reception area where one could sit and relax. Thankfully, there was WiFi.

Like Camping on a Hill
Biggest problem is with their foundation. The whole room slanted so it felt like we were walking and sleeping on a hill. The unhappy guy at the front desk never brewed coffee both mornings. At least they have a good housekeeper. But the shower curtain that I was afraid to take a shower. And my wife hated the pillows.

DONT BOOK HERE! It’s DISGUSTING
HORRIBLE!! ATROCIOUS! DISGUSTING! FILTHY! GROSS! REVOLTING! I booked this hotel because all of the other reviews on here were good. The price was right and while traveling with kids it had a pool which were both incentives. It was the motel from HELL! The fridge was brown inside and the plug was held together by electrical tape. So therefore we never plugged it in. The lightbulbs were held in place with silver tape. The walls were stained and spotted. The rug looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in about a year. PLEASE CHECK PHOTOS BEFORE YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT BOOKING THIS DISGUSTING PLACE. We left and went to another hotel down the street.
Filthy wall and door.
Wall next to bedstand
Fridge and microwave. Look at the nasty wall too

You get what you pay for. Staying in the Berkshires is expensive - it was fine, if shabby. There’s a nice little pool that’s quiet.

Great affordable comfort with easy rates.
Great comfortable beds, nice bathrooms at very very reasonable rates. I didn't know there were places like this around in 2019.

A good deal for the price and nice location, but nothing fancy. No real complaints - the room had a minor smell when I first checked in but improved with air conditioning. Quiet and convenient!

Great place to stay when in the Berkshires!
Very convenient location. Room large with good A/C and Wifi. Staff helpful and nice pool. We stay here every year when we visit our grandchildren in camp. Excellent value.

4/10 Fair

There was hair on the bathtub, a toilet that was from the 1950's and so low to the floor it was difficult to use; there was a tissue container on the wall with sharp edges because it was supposed to be mounted IN the wall. The furniture was depressing and old. The TV was small screen and it didn't work. Oh, there was a leftover, already open travel bottle of shampoo-and soap the size of a domino. I asked for a refund for the broken TV and the manager said it was impossible for him to give me anything back. This is a dump and what is worse, it has a good location and it used to be a charming, 1950's or 60's middle-class motel. There are hints of this in the yellow and green tile in the bathroom with it's disgusting cheap, plastic tub. Last, when I arrived on a very hot afternoon after driving 6 hours, the air conditioning was turned off and all the windows were open. The room was uninhabitable for any living thing except an African animal who loves the heat. I had to turn on the AC, close the windows and leave.
