Don’t be fooled by the pictures
Honestly one of the worst hotels I’ve been to. Mainly due to the service of the staff. The receptionist were unfriendly and unhelpful. The same goes to the restaurant staff, they were busy talking to each other rather than filling missing food and beverage to the buffé. They also did not take away the platters or glasses. The reception questioned me and my mother the first day prior to check-in, why I did not want to share a bed with my mother, calling me an immature man. The last day the two people inte reception try to scam me with the booking a taxi to the airport, demanding 20 dirham (I paid 60 dirham before). They spoke Arabic since they knew I was Swedish. Little did they know I speak Arabic and understood what they were trying to do.

The area was isolated so it was good that a shuttle bus was provided to transport to medina. The food wasn't great, although we only ate once at the buffet in the evening but was very expensive particularly for the quality. My family and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly en they are very lovely with kids. It is a kids friendly hotel, they have seats for the little ones at the restaurant. The communication was good, everybody spoke English. The location and hotel is beautiful. Breakfast and dinner was very nice, a lot of choice. We arrived before the in check time and they where so kind to check us in early. I would definitly come back to this hotel when i'm visiting Marrakech again!

We had room 107 and the staff knew that it's very noisy from neighbouring hotel but still placed us there. On our first night having arrived tired that evening we were unable to sleep till 1am when the loud music finally stopped. Anwar very kindly upgraded us to the royal suite on first floor and there was no noise in that part.
