Was greeted at the desk at 2:30 am and had my wife & three little ones with me, the person at the desk said I was lucky because she was about to mark me as a no show. I asked if they had a check in time cutoff and she said no but… and went onto some rant. Not sure what that meant, but It sounded like I wouldn’t have gotten the room if she did that.
1. I’m not lucky, I’m your customer..
2. There is no policy on my itinerary saying I needed to be there by 2:30am..
Hotel was very musty, seems like filters never get changed, floors were dirty inside the room, Most surfaces sticky. Half used rolls of TP hanging.. broken toilet, and so on.
