This brand new hotel has all the comfort you can expect from a Japanese brand : quiet, comfortable, perfectly clean and very kind Vietnamese staff. Many thanks to all of them for the service. In regards of these elements and the central location, price is totally fair.

We had a lovely stay here and decided to extend our hotel stay. We originally were going to change hotels after one night, but decided to stay here for the rest of our trip. The hotel felt like one in Japan and we particularly liked the extra amenities you could self serve in the lobby. We also paid for the extra Japanese breakfast buffet and it was well worth it! The room included all amenities, including pajamas and new slippers, and additional amenities in the lobby for you to pick up. Excellent clean japanese hotel… the condition of room was new and spacious… wc is japanese style n has warm seats but is a bit narrow space. Complimentary Tea and coffee n toiletries in lobby is great. Staff at reception all super helpful with food suggestions and even reservations

Excellent location, excellent hotel
Really enjoyed our stay here, this is (if you didn't know!) a Japanese hotel and comes with the same high standards you can expect if you are visiting their chains in Japan. Staff were friendly and helpful, giving advice whenever questions were asked. The rooftop pool was perfect in the warm weather and the hotel is just a short walk from excellent food and drinks (recommend 7 Bridges tap room for a good starting point!). Recommended and go for the breakfast!
