Average for an old and dated motel. Floors were bouncy. Bathroom was poorly setup. Door and frame were gapped too big. Light from outside was visible when closed. Toilet was running till I turned water off.

Staff was hard to understand. While checking in police show up to evict someone, though the officers were polite, the situation made us feel uncomfortable from the start. The rooms were dark, dirty and needed to be exterminated. So not stay here and this property should not be on any third parties website promoting!!

Stay was ok for an overnight trip to Hershey, no hair dryer, and not enough towels. I don't think that it it was worth what I paid for the night

Our non-smoking room smells like a dirty ashtray. Outside there is a table with ashtray and two chairs in-between three non-smoking rooms !!!? Really! I would not recommend. The price was the only plus.

Facilities were not taken care of. Maintenance needed. Clean enough to sleep. Shower needs to be fixed and mouse poop in the bathroom overnight. Service ok but not welcoming.

DO NOT STAY HERE. DO NOT STAY HERE FLYS When you furst walk in the office. Sheets were not changed. When i took the sheets to the front desk they basically threw them at me. No apology. Found blood when i took the pillow cases off. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Cigarette burns on the sink. Found a roach on the floor when i got up in the muddle of the night. Worst motel I've ever stayed in, the Better Business Bureau should ve called.

Worst hotel ever
Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Beds like sleeping on bricks. Front desk would argue any request, including asking a blanket for the bed that didnt have one. If your choice is sleep in your car and a chance to freeze to death, or stay at the Dutch Motel, choose your car! Felt like I needed some antibiotics after staying there. But honestly, as awful as the rooms and beds are, the customer service there tops that in awfulness by a mile!

The property is all tore up the room we had was dirty all the towels and wash cloths had hair on them one of the pillows were nasty, surprisingly there were no bed bugs, looks like they never actually clean under the beds and not to mention we had a couple of parole officers knock on our door looking for someone😡 Also for a nonsmoking room it smelled like nasty stinking cigarettes. Definitely will never return

Beds were like sleeping on plywood. Check in and breakfast area stunk of body odor and the women who checked me in was too busy on a personal call to deal with me. Carpets in the room made our feet black. Also the AC had a motion sensor so it kept getting hot in the room. Stay far away from this place!!!

Motel was convenient for my Hersheypark trip, only 10 minutes away and easy to find. Maybe a bit pricey for what you get. The rooms could use an update but provided necessities. Most of the room was clean enough but could probably use a good deep clean. Mattress wasn't particularly comfortable and one of the beds was missing a cover sheet. Towels were clean and fluffy but the shower really needs a mat or something on the bottom, it was very slippery. Staff was friendly and fast. Overall it's a decent place if you're going to Hershey for more than a day and don't want to spend much.

Got charged by Expedia for the room the again by the establishment so ended up paying twice for the room and never manage to get anything back from the establishment or Expedias app, if wasn't for the fact it was a family vacation planned almost a year in advance we would have just left on the spot and cut our loses there but you live and you learn will not be making the same mistake again in the future.

Unfriendly staff, worst shower ever, over priced, as far as continental breakfast, all there was was banana 2 sugar filled cereals, gross coffee and crackers. Will never stay at this Motel again. What little furniture that was in the room was gross. No dresser for clothing.Tried to tell us our reservations were For 2 nights when it was 3 nights, they had their dates wrong. Just a waste of money and time. Will never stay at this Motel again.

The floors were not vacuumed, there was a cigarette butt in the sink and no drain plug. It smelled bad. The sheets had blood spots on them. The staff was rude when confronted with these facts and made no effort to offer another room, or address my concerns. not even an apology was offered. I wouldn't stay in this place EVER!! It is a dump. i wish I could rate it less than a zero.
