Check-in wasn’t pleasant, it took some time before she could check us in as she stated she cannot find my booking, it took another staff to tell her to check us in. Definitely recommend as a very comfortable stay
Checked in by very helpful and polite staff. The room was much bigger than I thought; it was spotlessly clean and bed was really comfortable. Hotel was by busy road, but there was no sound of traffic. The breakfast offered a really nice selection of cooked and vestals with choice of nondairy milks. I have stayed at a regular Holiday Inn and would say this Holiday Inn Express room was a lot bigger and more comfortable. I would most definitely recommend as a very relaxing and comfortable stay.
