Ok stay
The hotel bar staff were very friendly and entered into a conversation with us which we appreciated as no others did. Hotel room was nice and clean but the shower head was broken. Could of done with a second pillow option as we both woke with a bad neck from the pillows. Overall an ok place to stay with it being so close to resorts world just niggle bits that need to be fixed. I would still stay here again but take a pillow.

Pit stop prior to NEC visit
Due to location in close proximity this hotel is onto a winner. Plenty of space in the car park, we were greeted with a warm welcome at reception. We were pleased to see that the referb works that were ongoing during our last stay in the bar area were completed. Initially upon entry in the room as was well, we would a little disappointed to find two large pieces of what we assumed to be a wine glass were on the floor, one tucked under a curtain, the other under a table. (Could have been interesting with 3 children in the room). Breakfast was fab, sat at a table within seconds, food was hot and replenished frequently.
