Absolutely beautiful hotel and in a prime position for the town centre and Bullring. Parking is amazing, as its just next door. Rooms were a fabulous size. We had our Granddaughter with us, so we had a double, double room, which was really lovely. The bathroom is ideal as it has both a bath and a separate shower cubicle. We had only one complaint and although I didnt like to complain, I mentioned on the way out of the restaurant, that my breakfast had not been hot, just warm. By the time we checked out, that had been reported and one breakfast was taken off our bill. The staff were amazing and we will definitely be going back again, it comes highly recommended. Will try the resturant for our evening meal next time, as the food looked amazing.
