Lovely bed and breakfast
Great stay. Enjoyed the breakfast and loved the wine hour each night. Loved having the balcony view of the ocean. Very nice relaxed atmosphere. A/c can be a bit loud and could hear neighbors at times, but otherwise really enjoyed the stay.

Our experience here exceeded our wildest expectations. Our room was steps away from the heated pool and access to a beautiful, wide, clean, beach. Our room was clean and all amenities worked fine. We were greeted in a very friendly and inviting manner and she explained everything the inn had to offer. There’s fresh ice tea in the lobby, another room has a cocktail bar where you can mix your own drinks, from 5 to 6 o’clock there’s a complimentary wine and cheese ice breaker in a room just off of the lobby. The breakfast is served in another room with outdoor seating if you so desire. While we were there, the breakfast included two different types of mini quiche, orange juice, coffee, fresh fruit, toast, English muffins, and fresh warm carrot cake muffins. The entire staff is very nice and is helpful with suggestions. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and short drives from the inn.

Unhappy with the hotel management
I came from Orlando to Cocoa for a work event. On Saturday, my husband and 2 kids came up to the beach to visit for the afternoon since I had some free time. I brought them up to the room to change into their swimsuits and the hotel manager gave us all kinds of attitude about having kids on site. This is an adult only hotel. My kids were in the room for 5 minutes to change into their swimsuits so that they could go play in the ocean. We were made to feel like the worst people on property for having them there. I ended up changing them back into their normal clothes in the trunk of my husbands car so that we would not get approached again by management. Made things very awkward and uncomfortable for my family who drove over to the coast to see me for just a few hours. Other than that, the rooms were fine. Very small but seemed vintage. Very old furnishings. No where to plug my phone in by the bed without moving furniture around. Definitely a property for a much older crowd.
