OK stay
Good value for this part of town. Room did not have double panned windows so be aware that even on the eighth floor it will be noisy at night.

Room for improvement
The hotel in general is nice, house keeping, bell boys and waiters are friendly. Most of the people at the front desk are also nice. The problem I had in my last stay was that the room service is bad, at night is so hard they even pick up the phone, I went to the restaurant to order and the cashier was very rude, definitely they need to work on that. The location is great and as I mention before most of the people there are very nice. This time I stayed in the old part and the AC was a mess it either not worked or was freezing.

Never Again!!!
This hotel is absolutely not for tourism, and the general attitude of the people who work there reflects this. It is far south on the main road. Not many of the employees speak English, and they don't seem to care that it is an issue. However, they are very happy to take your money. The woman who checked me in had made some mistake, and even though I paid $800.00 in cash, the man that checked me out (after two weeks) informed me that I had to pay $8.00. B.S!!!

One of the best hotels in the area!
hotel was absolutely amazing for our stay in Mexico City. from check in to check out the entire hotel staff was there to provide the best level of customer care. The restaurant food was quite good (we ordered it as room service). the room was very spacious, and so comfortable. slept amazingly. great hotel overall.

I selected this hotel because of it location. I was led to believe that it was close to the North Bus Terminal. It was not! Also, the web-site indicated that shuttle service from the airport was available. Although I e-mailed a request for this service, I never received a reply and could not locate any such service when I arrived at the airport. I had difficulty trying to charge breakfast (which was very expensive) to my room. I also had difficulty accessing WiFi from my room. Overall, not impressed.
