Wonderful place in Barrio Alto
It’s quiet and clean. Staff are wonderful and caring. We loved Milena’s cooked breakfasts. Despite being in a noisy neighbourhood, it’s very quiet. The location is excellent as Tram 28 is just down the road.

Thank you for the charming friendly staff, I could spend unforgettable days in Lisbon. Especially, breakfast was really tasty and enjoyable over chat with guests and staff. The fully equipped, beautiful clean room made me relax a lot. There were many restaurants near there, and close to every spot even walking. I would get back there again.

One of the best places we have stayed! The staff were so nice and helpful, they offered great local recommendations and were fun to talk to. We loved that they had a communal breakfast where they prepared delicious food and it was fun to talk to other guests. The property was clean and beautifully restored. Property was wonderful. Was just slightly tricky to find as it was off the Main Street a block or so. Also the lobby downstairs was not lit at night so we had to use our phone flashlights. Other than that a really great place. Note: To access the Guest house, you must go up a flight of stairs.

What a great experience at the LR Guest house. Dioggo and David were the best host. The other young lady was great as well, but I only saw her briefly. The location is very walkable to all the important places and accessible to the train. Their breakfast and coffee was great, they make great food themselves as well. The room was spacious for 2 adults and a teenager, and we loved our tiny balcony view. My favorite part was the patio area with a reading nook that served as a socializing space as well. 10/10 recommend this hotel! Would stay here even longer and again if I could. To preface the initial entrance will through you off a bit, but they are very responsive.

The LR Guesthouse was outstanding! I cant say enough good things about it. There are 7 guest rooms and you are treated like a member of their family the entire time you are there. The room was good sized and as well as the bathroom. Our room also had a private outdoor sitting area. The breakfast was better than a restaurant. They made to order anything you wanted: eggs, bacon, pancakes.... There were fresh baked breads and croissants. Another thing we loved was the help yourself bar. There was beer, wine, and a variety of drinks that you could just help yourself to and then leave money in the jar. And maybe the best part of this stay was the staff. They were all so nice and helpful. We meet many of the other guests at breakfast or on the patio for drinks. The location is excellent. We were about 4 blocks from the Baixa-Chiado Metro station.
