On the outside the property is dated, however the rooms are spacious and clean. Front desk agents are top tier and very pleasant to deal with. The beach is steps away from the hotel. I will book this every time because of the cleanliness and the cost just adds a double cherry. I refuse to gatekeep this diamond in the rough. You won’t be disappointed

We had a "garden view" to start off and they upgraded us to an ocean view room for free! We stayed for 4 days 3 nights and it was very pleasant esp after finding out about the surprise upgrade. Ive stayed there twice and both times i enjoyed it. The staff was nice and helpful. The front desk people were friendly and we shared a few laughs. 5 stars! Will def stay there again!

Employees were very nice, I will give them that. I was visiting from Connecticut to see a family member. Driving down staying the one night and diving back up to connnecticut. If I hadn’t prepaid I would not have stayed there. It needs upgrading and is very dirty. Uneven floors and seems like the building is falling apart.

The front desk clerk was so sweet! She answered all my questions, welcomed us warmly, and any issues we had were quickly addressed. The room was right by the pool with a door access directly to the pool and beach! This hotel was a great hidden gem

Beware at booking here. The pictures used are obviously from when they first built it. VERY RUN DOWN AND DIRTY. THE POOL IS GREEN AND THE HOTTUB IS A JOKE! My picture of the green pool doesn’t due justice because by the time we checkout it was getting dark. But assure you it’s nasty. No one would even get in it. The rooms appear clean until you look closer. The microwave in our room was rusty the door jams were filthy. In the description it says a coffee pot in the room. And …..NO COFFEE POT in the room. Most disgusting place!!!

Good, but could be better.

Property is definitely trying to put efforts in to update their hotel—but still has a ways to go. Rooms need a bit more work to be “updated”—paint is peeling off the ceiling and walls and some of the furniture is rusted/not working/dated. Didn’t like they let people smoke off the balconies as smoke come around the corner and sometimes made it unbearable to enjoy the views. GM and staff were all friendly and accommodating. Grounds were clean, besides the construction being done on the front parking lot. Pool was also clean and accessible. For the price, I’d stay here again.

I loved it. The check in lady was amazing. And even though she had alot of people to check in she still remained calm and nice. The room was hust what i wanted. They came to me the next day to get my dirty stuff and asked did i need anything else. And when we left they were even more nice. I would say i would stay here again
