I spent a night at this very convenient location as I had a meeting at the hospital right across the street from this hotel. It is a very quiet, quaint location although there is not that much around in term of restaurants. One may have to walk about 20 minutes to the center. Nice walk, but the area in and of itself has little to offer in terms of culinary choices. The hotel offers paid parking facilities at a very good price, or if spaces are available, free parking onsite alongside the entrance as spaces are available. That was great. The rapport quality/comfort-price was really good. Check-in was efficient and staff were all nice. Room was very clean, large, and pleasant to be in. Nice amenities as well in the bathroom. The room also has shutters that roll down to keep the room dark. Nice touch. A few things that did not go as planned was that I had specifically booked a queen bed, but I got two singles. I could have complained, but upon arriving, I dropped off my bags in the room and left right away for another meeting. Bed was still comfy, but a bit cramped. Room was warm, and there was no way to regulate the temperature. Impossible to find. However, I could open the window wide, which helped. Breakfast was the usual fare, with an omelette station (SELF prep!). Staff very nice there too, but a bit overwhelmed. Breakfast area offers nice views of the snow-capped Alps. Overall, not bad, but would expect options to be offered as booked next time.
