Dont stay at Woodsprings Suites
I regret that i wasted my time and money booking a stay here. There was no one actually there to check us in and next morning when i left the front desk person told me they did they didn't complete ithe check in. So later as we were in bed i received an email mentioning that "Amber Swadling, General Manager" had canceled the reservation. As we entered the lobby it smelled like marijuana even on the floor we stayed. Our room had filthy floors and there were roaches on the walls. The bathroom fan was clogged with inches of dust. We also kept getting calls and visits(the guy smelled like marijuana) from the front desk about making loud noises but we weren't even up. Whats crazy is someone would call us but we could never get anyone to answer when we called. I was so discussed with everything we ended our stay Saturday morning. There was no one there to assist us and when i was able to get a person on to answer the front desk phone the guy who was there Saturday morning asked me what my issue was and that what ever it is he wasn't going to help me anyway. So I left my cards at the vacant front desk and left. This was by far the WORST experience i have ever had renting a hotel room. I will NEVER stay at this place again. NEVER! i still waiting for a refund for my second day since I ended the stay on Saturday November 23rd 2024. I have photos!
