Two night family vacation
We had a decent stay but with some negative aspects. Our three bed room was on the ground level which meant that the elevator didn’t go all the way down so we needed to lift our suitcases two steps. We needed to leave the curtains covering the windows all the time otherwise all outside passing by would see into our bedroom, which is ok if you know about it when you are booking your room which we didn’t know and was to tired to argue about when arriving. The beds was comfortable and it had a AC unit which is not always to take for granted traveling in Europe. The room was rather small which is totally understandable when you are in a big city. Some minus points for us was the bathroom. It had mold on the doorframe, the toilet seat was smaller than the toilet bowl and the shower was leaking out water on the floor which is causing the mold and wood damage on the door frame. We needed to leave the fan on all the time if obvious reasons. Another negative aspect was the breakfast time. The food selection was not large but ok. We were some of the last one’s eating (20 minutes before end of service time) but it felt a bit unnecessary to take the plates from us before we left and start to vacuum clean whiteout giving a heads up (5 minutes after service time). We also asked for advice regarding travel options (underground vs taxi) but got some shady answers. We decided to schedule an Uber instead. It was an ok stay but will not go back to this hotel.

The rooms are pretty small, I recommend to take a double room, the size is a bit better. I booked a single room without realizing how small the single rooms are. Otherwise the rooms were clean, good AC, the bathroom pretty small but clean. My experience with the hotel staff was 5 star. Both guys at the front desk Raj and Jay were very nice and very helpful with anything I asked for. They booked a taxi for me a day before and they followed up with me to make sure I get on time to the airport. Super friendly young people. Honestly I wasn’t expected.
