The hotel was beautifully maintained and operated. Very clean and well decorated and warm and inviting made me feel like home. Staff were always helpful and friendly to us. Good location for pre cruise stay. I would recommend the Italian restaurant across from the hotel (Tio Mario) Excellent food and service, reasonable prices. At $40.00 cad the breakfast buffet expensive but the food was delicious. Mix of industrial and residential area close to train station and main road, good sound dampening in the room with windows closed.

This an apartment hotel in a quiet residential/office suburb of Copenhagen and about a twenty-minute walk to the nearest Metro/Train station and maybe another ten-minute ride to the centre. Ten-minute walk to the Mermaid. The property is clean and well-managed, and the swimming pool is wonderful. Two full-sized rooms: bedroom and living-room kitchenette. Friendly, helpful staff. The television service was down the time I visited. There is no daily housekeeping. Only two restaurants in the area, one in the hotel offering a minimal number of standard dishes such as burgers; the other, a nice Italian place across the walkway. No nightlife. There is a small grocery and a café nearby. Overall, good value for money.

Great location, close to Kastellet and the Little Mermaid and only a ten minute walk to Osterport train station, so access to the airport or a day trip north and more. There is a nice Italian restaurant across the parking lot (4.6 on Google), a small market 100 feet away, 2 other restaurants within a block or so, and a great bakery/coffee shop a block and a half away. Good coffee and pastries but even better sandwiches. Sorry to say but we didn't use the hotel restaurant which seemed to be used sparingly. We liked having the extra space in the room for a multiple night stay. The room was clean, but they only do housekeeping on stays over 3 days. It was also a short Uber ride from the cruise terminal. Uber was very convenient in Copenhagen and it had their own fleet of vehicles. The only slightly negative about the hotel would be that the trains ran close to the hotel if you are a light sleeper.

Room was very clean. Had a toddler with us so the apartment was ideal. The staff on receptionist were really nice and helpful. We also arrived late on the first night following a delay so we’re able to get takeaway pizza from the Italian restaurant across the road. Close to a train station and metro station.
