The beds were comfortable, overall a decent place. The neighbors were potheads who left quite the stink in the area and had a screaming row at 3:30 am. (Not the property's fault, but did affect our enjoyment of our stay.) The fridge's compressor was very noisy. The front staff were kind and seem like good people.

This is a quaint little property. We rented a classic cabin and the pictures are exactly what you get. It’s small but cozy. The heat worked perfectly and the shower was small but hot! Bed was fine. Big flat screen tv with all cable channels plus a small microwave and fridge. The owner/manager was kind. Close to several lobster restaurants. The Sea Salt Lobster restaurant was delicious. It was a little over two miles to Old Orchard Beach which was a nice place to walk around during the offseason. I’d definitely come back here if I’m ever in the area again.

This was a last minute stay for me and they have been able to accommodate me and my need... the cabin is small but i didnt need anything much because it is only me. Ac works heat works the water in the shower is hot.
