- [ ] bathroom dirty (shower dirty and toilet hadn’t been cleaned) - [ ] parts that hold the toilet seat down missing - [ ] floor had small sticky spots on it - [ ] bed sheets were on inside out indicating they weren’t really changed just flipped (at least in my head) - [ ] Bed frames bent like you may fall - [ ] beds uneven like they’ve been moved - [ ] curtains had water stains as if the room had flooded before - [ ] phone was here but not plugged into anything - [ ] sheets on one bed had stains as if someone or something peed on them

I will not stay here again
The room smelled of chemical cleaners and the tile floor was grimy, no bear foot walking. There was no hair dryer although it was an advertised amenity. When I asked for one the explanation was that they break. Another guest that overheard provided his to me. I was given a handicap room without being informed. I’ve stayed a budget friendly locations without these issues. The breakfast the first morning was bad, although the second was better.

I've always had good experiences at Country Inns and this was no different. We had a short stay, arriving around midnight and just staying one night, but it was on our way home from Ocean City and way cheaper than any of the OC motels.

No one was available at the front desk when I checked in or out. With check in, there was a sign at the front desk to call the hotel phone number which I did multiple times with no answer. When did get an answer was told that she was dealing with a maintenance issue and was on the phone with maintenance addressing the issue. No one at front desk on checkout. Again, called the main hotel number which was answered right away. Three staff members then walked out of the laundry room.

The property was very clean around building, indoors, elevators and room. There were some deficiencies in the room (tv did not work, only a fast busy when calling front desk, toilet paper holder broke but usable, no coffee pot in coffee maker in room and room was very warm upon arrival) but staff corrected most all deficiencies quickly. Staff was very courteous and helpful.
