Upon arrival the first thing my family and I noticed is that the outside trash was overflowing with trash. I was unable to enter the property due to a dead door lock battery. The property manager was non responsive for over 4 hours. I explained that due to this delay we missed our family function that we drove for down to attend. The property manager was informed that the cleaning services had not been performed properly- trash was in trash cans, insufficient toiletries, food left In refrigerator, carpet and walls needs cleaning/touch up paint. I requested a refund for the inconvenience we experienced only to be given an amount that didn’t even equal the deposit. Very disappointed/unsatisfied with the way things were handled from the beginning to the end.
