The employee that checked us in was absolutely wonderful. When we decided to extend our stay, the girl that assisted was wonderful. But the day of check out that girl was horrible, rude, and very condescending.

I came to the beach for my birthday. I only needed one bed. The room I was given I really didn’t like. I went back to check in and explained why I was not satisfied. This was an expensive hotel which serves a purpose for those that can not or choose not to spend a lot of money on a place to sleep. The beds were OK, the pillows were OK, and the sheets WERE CLEAN. Beats sleeping in your car. The tubs WERE CLEAN, although the whole room was in severe disrepair -- torn linoleum, blackish grout in the tubs, the drains ran poorly, but the AC worked, although never as cool as I prefer. I stayed in October....not sure if it had cooled on a very hot day.
