Loved it!
Really beautiful hotel. Train station is just steps away out the back of the hotel. Polar Express experience is a must for all ages! Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Located near a charming little town. Just an hour away from the Grand Canyon. Excellent for families. We will be going back.

Nice place overall
The bar (tavern) was open later than most places nearby. Nice, friendly, calm environment- just what i was looking for after a looong day.
Check-in was quick and smooth.

Put signs on outside of buildings!!!
The instructions to park and get to rooms were terrible. Most hotels at entry doors put large room numbers to help find where you should enter the building. Lots of entrances, no way to tell if it is right. Also walking around to get to hotel restaurant, lighting was atrocious. Handicapped entrances not well marked.
Room clean, food at the bar was excellent, as was the service (server and bartender).
All employees were friendly.
If it weren’t for the difficulty in getting around, it would be a 4+ stay.

I was a little disappointed the pool was still a little cold. There was black marks all over the walls in the room and hairs on the ceiling in the bathroom.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a great option for our family and our kids really enjoyed themselves. We loved the walkability to the Harvey House and the historic feel of the area. 10/10 would recommend.

The front desk ladies were AMAZING! But the restaurants were extremely overpriced. The pub restaurant inside was extremely expensive for dive bar food. I am assuming they have only an air fryer in the back.
