It's okay
I think you have to ask for housekeeping as we did not receive any service automatically during our 4-day stay. The family room had hot plates and dishes (which they should advertise so people can come prepared) which was nice so we could cook in our room. One of the negatives was our neighbors smoked pot and we could smell it in our room sometimes and always outside the room. Also they had a dog that would yap often. It was nice to have enough beds and multiple bathrooms. It was centrally located to both Disney and Knotts. I would only stay here again if I needed a larger place for my family. I did not feel unsafe. There is also not an ice machine. No bed bugs!!

Do not stay here
I did not stay. I checked out after seeing the room. The room looked like a crime scene. We were given a key and walked over to a room that was open and getting cleaned. The mirror and table were covered in something sticky. The sheets were like paper no blankets, cracks in the walls, grime, the sink smelled so bad and there were bugs. I’m embarrassed to have booked in the first place. I packed my family up and went to the front and let them know I couldn’t stay there.

Thee Worst ! Got there to be assigned a room with ONE BED AND A COUCH! When I wanted TWO BEDS. Front desk was not Helpful At All Called Hotels com to resolve and STILL WAITING FOR REFUND! No one has responded back! Had to pay for another room !! Didn’t use Hotel com to book other room! Very unhappy ! Been with Hotel com for years . Not anymore!
