Floor was filthy, candy, candy wrappers and bottle caps under lounging chairs in room. Shows room wasn’t vacuumed. Bathroom was dirty, hand soap smelled disgusting like it was decades old. The room we were in could use some updating, and a deep clean. Grounds were beautiful, staff was great.

The grounds are absolutely beautiful, but the hotel is very old. Our room smelled of stale cigarettes and in need of updates. Upon first arrival, it appeared clean, but it was in need of a deep clean. The water pressure was terrible and the bathroom was so incredibly small. It is definitely too small for families with young children. The windows are super old (like, single pane old) and you can hear everything going on outside. We were told we’d be able to see fireworks from our room, but our view was completely blocked by the overhang, but we sure could hear them. We definitely thought we were under attack the first night with how loud they were. I understand they are fireworks, but a warning about how loud they are would have been appreciated from the front desk.

Gross, gross, gross
Gross, Gross, Gross. Trash piling up and dirty towels growing stale since the hotel provides no room cleaning until after the third day of stay and only upon request. Hotel does not even empty the Room trash bins, nor does it have enough luggage carts ( I counted one ). Guests resorted to piling their trash, dirty plates/utensils and dirty towels outside their room doors littering the corridor. Facilities initially looked great but the service really disappointed. Don’t walk, but run away from this property.
