Not friendly and smiling staff. Left a box of chocolates and because the staff didn’t write my room number, it was difficult to get it back. Have to go to the reception to collect the towels because the housekeeping staff didn’t return to clean the room when I was busy in the room. To make it a worse experience, the staff told me to tag my own luggage and bring to the store room because they don’t provide the service to tag or roll the luggage because it is express hotel…. It was not cheap. Disappointing as I have stayed a few times in this hotel at Holiday Inn express at Little Collins street

Lovely hotel in a excellent location. Just minutes from the train station and the airport bus service. All of the main city attractions are within easy distance and the free tram service takes you all over. lt's in a quiet location in the main core of the city.
