Inconvenient Shuttle
The hotel was very nice - but upon check in, I asked the front desk to help me arrange a shuttle ride to the airport. I requested a shuttle 2 1/2 hours before my flight. But the front desk person told me that I would have to take a shuttle four hours earlier than I requested, which would have had me at the airport 6 HOURS before my flight. I complained that it wasn't convenient for me, and she grudgingly agreed to one hour later, which still had me at the airport 5 HOURS EARLY. I took the ride, but was very disappointed with the service I received.

Know I was in Europe, however, the room size was extremely small. Queen, counter/desk where we only could put our luggage. Bathroom had to close door to get to toilet, folding shower door/ small .... Bed was excellent

Good location if you need to be close to the airport. However we waited over an hour to be picked up from the airport. The elevator didn't work, is ok if your room is on the second floor.Very small room for two people, very small bathroom, the shower door needs to be cleaned by a professional or replaced, not a good feeling about it.
