Front desk services and staff are amazing
The desk staff were so amazing!!! Our check-in was so great that it really primed us for a positive experience, and then throughout the stay there were some wonderful pluses from the desk that added special touch - two examples come to mind, the most impactful was a specific suggestion for a kids/family photo that we could take to remember our experience, and the other was the addition of hot apple cider in the lobby. Those seem like small things, but they really made us feel comfortable and at home. We absolutely loved our time at sugarloaf.

Fantastic stay
The hotel was beautiful and the view was spectacular. The fall colors were brilliant in the area and our room had a wonderful view. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would absolutely return here!

The entire staff that we encountered was very nice and helpful. Front desk/lobby staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful with everything. A special recognition to Harrison who checked us in and gave lots of good info and suggestions as this was our first time to Maine. Check out was quick and easy and once again very impressed with lobby staff and the suggestions of where to best see the fall colors. Room was very large and we had a corner room which allowed great views from two different sets of windows of the breathtaking views of the fall colors on the mountains. Only wish the bed was a king size and not queen for such a large room, but the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
