It located pretty close to the department store, and can walk to the Louvre etc. and Hotel bed is comfortable, during night it was quiet. but you could hear noises from outside of the door.

Everything from staff to location and room was as good as U can wish. Room tidy and nice, Staff nice and 10 minutes walk to subway at Place Etienne, Pigall and Saint Georges. We did not ate breakfast at the hotel, instead we walked to Place Etienne, ata at Lazare and then continue the trip by Metro U can actually see Sacrecuer from the street when coming from Etienne, wonderful!

Such a charming and efficiently priced place in an amazing part of Paris!! Rooms are comfy and clean, still spaces to place and store belongings.
