Location was the best thing about the Courtesy Inn. You are literally a block away from downtown. Accommodations were comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Only downside was that the ice and vending machine were not working. Would stay again if needed.

This is are go to place when we visit Eugene. Rooms are nice and the staff is always friendly and are always available. It’s near downtown but you would never know it.

I had a pleasant stay. I was not sure what to expect but both night receptionist and morning receptionist were both friendly and polite, and the cleaning staff were very thorough with their cleaning. All the way down to plenty of towels both body and hand, and though i didnt use everything the room offered, everything i needed was there. I will definitely be staying again the next time i come to Eugene.
