The property was in need of a lot of maintenance. Also it was not very clean. The location is unpleasant and filthy. None of the exercise equipment was functional. I would not recommend staying here.

Nice clean and cheap hotel. Parking sucks, you have to pay across the street. The security guards also makes extra money booking very expensive daily rentals to guest. Vios daily 3 hiur rental was at 6 Thousand pesos.

Bit expensive
Stayed here before, on the 11 floor, which was a nice room. However, this time we were on the 12 floor. The outside A/C units kept us awake and so did the constant outside traffic noice. Not the hotels fault, but it didn’t make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was a bit uninspiring as well.
