Very nice hotel in Waco.
Check in was friendly and efficient. Room was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable, the in room a/c was quiet, and there were all the extras: clean coffee maker with coffee, iron and board, hair dryer, shower curtain that bowed away from the tub so as not to stick to your body, and plenty of cable television channels with a good quality television.

Decent room - especially for the price. It was clean and relatively comfortable. The location is good and close to restaurants and not too far from the local mall. The only disappointment was that they did not have any type of breakfast, even though it was stated on Hotels.com that they did. They need to remove that and then there's no expectation of a breakfast.

We stayed here in order to be close to our granddaughter’s softball games. It was very clean - despite being an older motel. It was quiet, and safe. It was also convenient to local restaurants and fast food. Highly recommend!

Not bad for the money, but lacked a little.
You get what you pay for. They only had two towels and two washcloths to take showers. Sort of hard when you’re a woman and you usually use one towel for your body and one for your hair. I would say it’s about average room, but the pillows were terribly hard. In fact, my husband slept without a pillow that night because it was too hard for him. The staff was nice. And it was a clean motel.

This is a hidden gem. It is a much older hotel sort of reminds you of the older mom & pop places back 25 plus years ago where you felt safe and the place was clean and comfortable and the people running it were always nice and helpful. This is by far the nicest hotel I've stayed at in Texas and I've stayed in many over the years. If you are one of those that wants or needs luxury, then keep looking but this is really a great place @ a great price. Seriously!!!

When my boyfriend and I arrived at the front desk, we were met with a less than pleasant experience. We patiently waited for a few minutes, unsure if anyone had noticed our presence. After waiting for a while, we decided to ring the doorbell to alert someone of our arrival. Instead of a warm greeting, we were met with a loud and abrupt yell from the lady at the front desk, shouting "Over here!" Her tone was harsh and unwelcoming, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. We were taken aback by her rudeness, as we had simply been trying to get her attention in a polite manner. This encounter left a negative impression on us, and we felt that her behavior was unprofessional and unnecessary. A little bit of kindness and patience would have gone a long way in making our experience more pleasant. thank god we only stayed a night…
